Chicago’s newest SUPER GROUP is available for bookings! Actually, we have no clue who might be in that band, but this band is comprised of former members of groups from Fairbanks, Alaska; Joliet, Illinois; and Navajo, California…

Los Unos has been described as a band you might hear on college rock radio…in the 80’s.  Influenced by such notables as The Blasters, The Replacements, The Smithereens, R.E.M., Drivin’ N’ Cryin’, The Jam, Minutemen, X, and The Clash there’s probably some truth to that.  But ultimately they’re an all-original power trio that combines equal parts Garage Rock, Power Pop, and Roots Rock.

Los Unos is made up of Jeff, Jonathan, and Uno who collectively amongst them have two doctorates and a master’s degree in areas as diverse as Community College Leadership, Political Science, and Rehabilitation Counseling. And yet with all that education, they still focus most of their attention on girls, guitars, and rock ‘n roll…mixed with the occasional tunes regarding socio-political oppression, teen pregnancy, and finding new hope by controlling your own mindset (hey, that’s what you get with a liberal arts education).
